CON-121 Contract Planning - This two-day course is for students who are on track to become contract specialists. The course introduces the various concepts and issues involved in mission support planning. It addresses the contracting officer’s responsibilities in the context of planning both civilian and defense acquisitions. In addition to presenting tools and tasks for effective planning, it reviews basic acquisition principles and their application.
