This course provides the participant with an overview and understanding of the Federal Government's Assistance process. It is for obligating officials and program/resource personnel involved in the formation and award of assistance agreements. The course is based on the direction provided by the Federal Grant and Cooperative Agreement Act as modified by PL 106-107 and implemented by relevant OMB Circulars and 2CFR.
