This two-day course provides the participant with a complete understanding of the cost principles found in Office Management and Budget Circulars A-21, A-87, and A-122 as codified in 2 CFR. These Circulars apply (depending on the nature of the recipient of the grant or agreement) and prescribe certain activities and responsibilities required of the Government and the recipient. The compliance guides and audit requirements will be reviewed to determine applicability to various recipients.
